We were established by the Scottish Parliament to advocate on behalf of consumers and represent consumer interests.
We work in partnership with businesses, consumer bodies, the public and third sectors to promote the interests of consumers, understand consumer vulnerabilities and promote good business practice.
Consumer Scotland is an independent, Non-Ministerial Office accountable to the Scottish Parliament.
