Consumer Scotland does not provide advice direct to consumers and we do not operate a telephone number advice line for the public, but we want to make sure you get the help and support you need.
For free and independent advice across a range of subjects including consumer advice, home heating, heat networks, money, postal services and energy you can contact the advice agency Advice Direct Scotland. The telephone number for Advice Direct Scotland is 0808 800 9060. You can contact them between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
