Consumer Scotland Chief Executive Sam Ghibaldan
The new statutory and independent body for consumers in Scotland has launched an online survey to inform the development of its strategy.
The survey seeks views on Consumer Scotland’s Interim Strategic Plan which sets out key principles including the body’s vision, values and priorities in the medium term.
The survey runs until 2 September 2022 and all those with an interest are invited to take part.
Feedback will be used to inform Consumer Scotland’s final Strategic Plan, which will be published in Spring 2023.
Chief Executive of Consumer Scotland Sam Ghibaldan said:
“We are a new organisation and, in line with our values of collaboration and transparency, we are seeking feedback as we develop our strategy.
“The cost of living crisis and climate change mean consumers are facing significant challenges and changes.
"We want to hear from those with an interest in consumer issues to help us focus our work on the areas it will have the greatest impact.
“The comments and views we gather will be used to help shape and inform the drafting of our final Strategic Plan.”
