Your request asked for information relating to the number of display repair and display damage reports for Apple MacBook Air M1 2020 in Scotland.
Our response
Consumer Scotland does not hold any information relating to complaints, display repair numbers or damage reports for Apple MacBook Air M1 2020 in Scotland.
We are the statutory and independent body for consumers in Scotland, established by the Scottish Parliament to advocate on behalf of consumers. We do not provide advice directly to consumers and therefore our data relating to complaints is limited.
Where consumers are looking for advice, we signpost them to Advice Direct Scotland who provide help and advice on a range of issues including energy, post, money matters and more general consumer issues such as goods and services, travel and transport, contracts and scams.
As such, I hereby provide you with formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Consumer Scotland does not hold the information you have requested.
