As part of your email dated 02/07/2026, you requested a copy of the Excel spreadsheet mentioned in a letter from Ofgem to Consumer Scotland (April 2026) published on our website.
As this is a request for information, we have treated this as a Freedom of Information request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

“The letter from Ofgem to you mentions an excel spreadsheet attached to the response. It may have been overlooked that this excel file has not been made available to view or download from your website…Therefore, please do either publish or send this excel file to me.”
Our response
Please find attached to the email a copy of the requested excel file. The file contains a breakdown of the approximate number of Radio Teleswitch (RTS) meters expected to be switched off during Stage 3 of the RTS Phase-Out.
