  • Company/organisation names involved – N/A
  • Local authority areas – N/A
  • Refinement of complaint type (if possible) – N/A

3.    If the department does not hold this data, could you advise which official body or local authority holds these referral records? – We do hold data on consumer enquiries, however for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 to date, we do not have any specific complaints relating to fake or misleading competitions or the non-delivery of prizes.
